You don’t know the difference in taste between common barbecue sauces and homemade ones until you start preparing one of your own, with the ingredients you like the most.

We have made dozens of recipes with barbecue sauce in the courses and experiences, but of all the ones that have been liked the most, and we have selected the following:

Ingredients:

6 tbsp ketchup.

3 tbsp fried tomato.

1 tbsp of soy sauce.

1 tbsp Perrins Sauce.

1 tbsp Apple vinegar.

2 tbsp Brown sugar.

1 tbsp Salt.

1 tbsp Garlic powder.

½ tbsp sweet paprika

1 ½ tbsp Mustard.

1 ½ tbsp Almond Liqueur (Frangelico).

We will mix all the ingredients in a pot or a pot, if you have the wok or the Dutch oven, it gives it a special touch, since you will be doing it on your barbecue and you will not have to enter the kitchen at all. We put it on a low heat for 30 minutes, let it bubble slowly, and we go testing.

The ingredients can be rectified, and add more or less than you wanted, the taste you want to give.

With this sauce, you can make barbecue glazed ribs, barbecue wings, Mexican tacos with barbecue sauce, etc.
