So why not serve a whole menu from the grill instead of plain sausage and steaks – from the starter to the dessert! We also thought about it and put together three refined courses for a grill menu.
Grill menu – the starter
Crunchy meets creamy: Avocado halves are first grilled and then filled with a refreshing cucumber and tomato salad. The highlight is the topping made from crispy fried chickpeas, fresh mint, and aromatic sesame paste.
Grill menu – the main course
Time for the main course. Not only the meat comes off the grill, but also parts of the side dish because the sweet potatoes in the salad are grilled before they are mixed with fried cauliflower, roasted almonds and an extraordinary dressing . The marinade made from lime juice and zest, coriander, jalapenos, garlic, honey, and chilli ensures a great aroma in the chicken fillet.
Grill menu – the dessert
For the sweet end of the grill menu, we have come up with something very special and wrapped vanilla ice cream in yufka dough. The sweet parcels are then briefly put on the grill with the lid closed. Then drizzle with honey and serve immediately. The surprising end to a successful grill menu!
Grill menu – the table decoration
A nice welcome for the guests: so that everyone can find their place at the table and have everything they need for a cozy evening outdoors, you can easily make these great welcome packages with cutlery, napkin, a cool drink, and a small snack from empty cans handcraft.
What you need for the table decoration: Empty cans, colored wrapping paper, glue stick, white paper, fineliner, for filling e.g. B. Soft drinks in pretty bottles, (wooden) cutlery, serviettes, and chocolate or fruit bars, can openers, scissors
That’s how it works:
- Remove the labels from the cans.
- Cut suitable banderoles out of wrapping paper and glue them around the cans. Cut the name tags out of paper, write on them and stick them on.
- Fill the cans for each guest and place them on the table.
- We wish you a lot of fun with our grill menu and a magical evening with your guests!
