Try to wash the potatoes and wrap them individually using aluminium foil. Now place it under the grill in the embers and let it grill. They should be done after about 20 to 30 minutes. It is best to pierce with a fork and test whether the grilled potatoes are done. Herb butter or quark with herbs goes particularly well with it.

Peel and slice potatoes. Place the slices of a potato on a piece of aluminium foil and pour the diced tomatoes, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper and olive oil over them.
